We've been talking about this all week, but tomorrow I start my 10-week journey at Farrell's Extreme Bodyshaping.

People always sound like victims when they start diets and exercise routines, don't they?

I realize that you can actually eat a little of anything.  Everything in moderation.  Yet most people act like it's the last time they'll eat a fatty cheeseburger or a delicious ice cream cone.

Last night my wife and I decided we would have a two-for-one event.  A celebration of her 36th birthday (from December 31st) and the start of my new adventure this weekend.

We knew the one place we had to hit... Woodfire Grille inside the Diamond Jo Casino.

If you've never been there, it's a fine dining restaurant with a fantastic menu, terrific wines and a great wait-staff.

My dinner consisted of an order of crispy calamari, then a chop salad, New York Strip steak, North Atlantic lobster tail and lobster macaroni and cheese.

At the end, we had a molten chocolate cake.

I'm stuffed.

Now it's on to 10 weeks of apples, celery sticks and water!
