And So It Begins (Again); The Dubuque County Fair

Last year was my first year not broadcasting live at the Dubuque County Fair since I moved here to work in radio in early 2005; I was covering for Chris Farber on the Y105 Wake Up and we had our Afternoon Show fill-in, Aaron, take over.

I missed it. I missed the lemonade, the fair regulars, the kids coming up with creative and unnecessary excuses to put them on the radio (which I'm always happy to do), I miss getting out in public and interacting with a bunch of people over the course of the week.
