Week eight has come and gone and today we finished our first class of week nine.

While I've tried to tell you a little bit about the classes, the nutrition involved and the results that we're seeing, there is something else about Farrell's that I'd like to tell you about.

I mentioned in earlier posts that Farrell's isn't like anywhere else I've ever exercised.

At other places, you might be working on a machine next to someone or participating in a class.  Even though there are other people around you, they aren't working with you.

At Farrell's Extreme Bodyshaping you are doing your thing, but you are being encouraged by everybody.

Kip and Laci always greet you on the way in and ask you how things are going.  They ask if you need help with anything, nutrition or otherwise.

The instructors are quick to help you with questions and the proper way to do the exercises, whether it be in the kickboxing or resistance training classes.

You get to know your other classmates, sharing stories and cheering each other on.

Me and Bruce agree we've made some cool connections with a lot of other people.

It's cliche, but the people there quickly become like your second family and it's a good feeling.  You may not feel like exercising on certain days, but knowing the people who are going to help push you through it are there with you makes it a bit easier.

As you can see from the photo above, we've even gotten to clowning around a bit at the end of classes.  We're working hard but we're having a good time doing it together!

The next 10-week challenge starts on April 9th.  Be sure to call 563.564.7696 for more info or visit the FARRELL'S WEBSITE.

You won't be sorry you did it!
