While streaming dominates the day, there are still a few artists who can do numbers when it comes to traditional album sales. Case in point, Kendrick Lamar just scored his third million-selling album with his most recent LP release Damn.

Released nearly a year ago, the album is still putting numbers on the boards. According to Billboard, for the week ending in March 29, the album sold an additional 4,000 copies, boosting the total sales on the project to 1.002 million.

Including streaming numbers, Damn. went platinum in less than a month. In all, the album has produced 3.137 million equivalent album sales. The rapper's previous two promoted album's To Pimp a Butterfly (2015) and good kid, m.A.A.d city (2012) had 1.05 million and 1.72 million in traditional album sales, respectively.

Through he seems to be on top of his game, Kendrick recently spoke about keeping the hunger for more, which comes with having a passion for the sport. "It's really always having love for it, and really having fun with it," he said. "I think the moment when I'm not having fun with it, and getting into the studio and -- you know, going back to the Kobe similarities -- maxing out on the full potential, that's when the fumbling happens. Before that even happens, I'd pass it down and give it to another young boy that has that same passion that can carry that [throne]. But right now, I feel good."

After nearly a year on the Billboard 200, Damn. is still holding strong at No. 13.
