There’s never a dull moment at the White House. On Wednesday (April 19), President Donald Trump hosted a dinner and invited three D-list celebrities who are also some of the biggest conservatives in entertainment.

Gun enthusiast and classic rocker Ted Nugent, former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin and former rapper-turned-country artist Kid Rock all gathered in the Oval Office for a little hoedown.

Actually, the right-wing trifecta was there for a photo op and some dinner. The White House wouldn’t reveal the visitor's log or why Kid Rock and the others were there in the first place. A quick glance at Ted Nugent’s Facebook page and we found out that the gang was “boogie chillin’” and celebrating the 242nd anniversary of The Shot Heard Round the World - whatever that is.

One thing’s for sure, people on Twitter was throwing multiple shots at the three conservatives that was heard round the Twitterverse. Kid Rock, especially, received some vicious slander directed at him.

"It's hard to tell if Ted Nugent, Sarah Palin and Kid Rock visited Trump at the White House to talk politics or tape an episode of Hee Haw," tweeted one person. Another user wrote, "'Kid Rock.' All that's missing is a can [of] Spam and some moonshine."
