Despite being in jail, Kodak Black is still getting his business affairs in order.

As Bossip reports, the Floridian rapper settled with his former record company Dollaz and Dealz Entertainment, the first label he was signed to at 16 years old.

In December of 2016, Kodak took the company to court and claimed that he was tricked into signing a deal without a lawyer. Plus, the 19-year-old claimed the label's CEO, AC Julien, failed to honor certain financial clauses in the contract and hasn't been able to run Dollaz and Dealz since he's been locked up for quite some time.

Right now, it's not clear how the dispute was settled, or if Kodak's former label gets a piece of the money he's making at Atlantic Records, his current label home. It's also not clear when the Project Baby will be out of jail, since he was locked up for probation violation last month.

On the music front, the rapper just released the artwork for his soon-to-be released album Painting Pictures and his song "Tunnel Vision" currently holds the No. 6 position on the Billboard Hot 100 charts.
