As rumors continue to circulate around Drake’s current sneaker partnership, Michael Jordan’s son, Marcus, took time this morning to throw shade at the Canadian rapper for wearing Adidas sneakers last night during the Toronto Raptors' loss against the Cleveland Cavaliers.

With on-going speculation of Drizzy moving from Jordan Brand to Adidas for weeks now, the "God's Plan" rapper fueled up those rumors even more after he was spotted wearing a pair of white Adidas Boost sneakers court-side at the game. Watching his home team of Toronto take another devastating loss to King James and the gang, cameras caught a sad Drizzy looking disappointed during the game.

The visual of a sad Drake eventually became a meme online, and Marcus took full advantage of opportunity to poke fun at the "Not Nice" rapper. "And you’re now stuck in Adidas Kicks... FOREVER *Cardi B voice*" Jordan wrote in his tweet.

A few minutes later, the son of His Airness hopped back on Twitter to clarify that he wasn't confirming Drake's departure from Jordan Brand to Adidas, but simply just having fun with the situation, "Btw, nothing confirmed on The Boy... just let me be “PettyMJ” for a second‍♂️."

As of now, Drake nor Adidas have confirmed a partnership, but with the Toronto native seen in the past few weeks wearing Three Stripe sneakers more than ever, an announcement on this union could potentially be on the way.
