It's official!  Mike Posner and The Legendary Mike Posner Band will be performing in Dubuque!

Y105, Telegraph Herald and the University of Dubuque is excited to announce that multiplatinum pop singer and songwriter Mike Posner & The Legendary Mike Posner Band will perform this Friday night, May 5th, at 8:00 p.m. in John and Alice Butler Hall, Heritage Center, on campus.

Posner’s debut album, 31 Minutes to Takeoff, included Billboard Hot 100 singles “Cooler than Me” and “Please Don’t Go.” His latest hit, “I Took a Pill in Ibiza,” amassed over 1 billion worldwide streams, went Top 10 in 85 countries, held No. 1 on Top 40 for two weeks straight, and made history as one of Spotify’s Top 10 Most Streamed Songs of All Time.

Posner has performed on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Conan, Ellen, Late Night with Seth Meyers, and Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve. In between tours with artists such as Justin Bieber, Posner became a sought after hitmaker. He’s the man behind smashes including Maroon 5’s “Sugar,” Justin Bieber’s “Boyfriend,” and Labrinth ft. Emeli Sandé’s “Beneath Your Beautiful.”

Tickets are on sale now at $10 per ticket for UD students. Tickets for faculty, staff, alumni, and non-UD students are $20; tickets for the general public are $30. Phone and online convenience fees may apply. Children 15 and younger must be accompanied by an adult.
