Offset has admitted to being the father of a 7-year-old boy after recently being taken to court by the child's mother.

Justine Watson filed documents against the Migos member back in August to establish paternity and child support for her son, Jordan, according to documents recently obtained by The Blast. Despite never taking a paternity test, Watson claims the "Bad and Boujee" MC is the father. However, she alleges Offset has not really been in the child's life financially or physically. Watson wants a judge to establish retroactive child support. She is also seeking $15,000 in attorney’s fees.

Offset reacted to the case in October and admitted he is Jordan's dad. But he claims he has been providing financial support for the child since day one. He is down to have a judge intercede, but reportedly does not want to pay the $15,000 attorney's fees. He is seeking joint legal and physical custody of the child. He also wants Jordan’s last name legally changed to his own. Offset has two other children from previous relationships.

While his relationship with his BM doesn't appear to be the greatest, Offset is currently engaged to be married to Cardi B. There might even be a wedding special in the works, with both BET and VH1 recently trying to shoot their shot to land the epic event.
