Pampering At The Pump This Weekend!

What a busy morning on the Y105 Wake Up!  First, our perennial inter, Jillaine returned from school at BYU to join me in studio...

... then, our friend Bobbi Earles, the Executive Director of Alumni and Communications at Loras College stopped in to tell us about her involvement with the Dancing With The Stars - Dubuque Style event next April!

Bobbi told us she'll be fundraising for the Loras College Sr. Bernadine Curoe Scholarship, raising funds for an endowed scholarship that will benefit students attending Loras College.

One of her first events will be called Pampering at the Pump and will be held this Saturday (12/19) from 10am to 2pm at the new Kwikstop/Fazoli's Restaurant location at the Northwest Arterial and JFK Road (by Steve's Ace).

Stop and let Duhawks pump your gas and clean your windshield.  For every gallon of gas purchased, Kwik Stop will donate five cents to the scholarship. Enjoy a number of other discounts during the grand opening.
