Rae Sremmurd had a very close encounter with a fan over the weekend during their most recent performance–and it's safe to say things didn't end too well for the SremmLife enthusiast.

On Saturday night (July 14), the rap-singing duo comprised of Swae Lee and Slim Jxmmi performed for a massive crowd in Ottawa for the annual Bluesfest. In the midst of performing the smash hit "Guatemala," their set was interrupted by an excited fan who decided to rush the stage.

At first, the young man appears triumphant in fleeing the grasp of the security guards standing in front of the stage. So much so, that he even has time to snap a photo with an unsuspecting Slim Jxmmi. Moments later, however, the fan is blindsided by a tackle from behind by two huge security guards. At that point, he accepts his fate and is seen being dragged off stage while Slim and Swae continue their performance.

Currently, Rae Sremmurd are gearing up to hit the road alongside Wiz Khalifa for the highly-anticipated Dazed & Blazed Tour. The 27-city trek is set to kick off on Saturday, July 21, in Detroit and is expected to make stops throughout North America before wrapping up on August 30.
