Watch 21 Savage Fly an Airplane

You never know what rappers are in to when they're away from the stage or the recording booth. 21 Savage proved that after TMZ posted a video of him flying a plane all by himself.

According to the celebrity site, the Atlanta spitter has always dreamed of becoming a pilot, and he's been taking flying lessons for the past five months. On Tuesday (Oct. 24), he took one step closer to getting his license by completing a solo flight between Miami and the Florida Keys. His girlfriend Amber Rose was on the plane as well, as was 21's boy Shy D and his flying instructor.

Amber also recorded some of the actual takeoff and showed a mixture of pride for her boyfriend, excitement and fear. "My baby is flying a plane right now," she said with a huge smile on her face. "I'm so nervous."

21 then successfully lifted the Cirrus SR20 plane into to the sky. When he hasn't been in the air, Mr. Savage has busy strengthening his brand and overall position in hip-hop. Earlier today, we reported that his Issa Album is now gold, and that's after "Rockstar," the song he appears on with Post Malone, went No. 1.
