You Don’t See That Everyday

Every year me and Lisa take Jake to one of the local pumpkin patches to grab out the monster gourd that will grace our porch for the weeks leading up to Halloween.  This year I got an extra treat!

While you can purchase a cheap wagon ride up to the patch to pick a pumpkin, Schuster's Pumpkin Patch also features a free corn maze and other fun stuff for the kids.

But what about the BIG kids?

Behold, the 'Pumpkin Blaster Cannon!'  This monster machine can hurl a miniature pumpkin hundreds of feet in seconds.  For $2 bucks a shot (or 3 shots for $5) you can have this unique thrill.  In the field they have an old piece of farming equipment covered in targets and pumpkins for you to aim at.
