Cinnamon Date Coco Bites
- 1 cup of gluten-free rolled oats
- 16 Medjool dates
- Dash of cinnamon
- 1/2 cup of coconut shreds
- Bend all ingredients and roll into balls. Cover in extra coconut. Enjoy!!!
