50 Cent is famous for giving his opinions on his social media accounts and the other day he answered one fan's question about why Fetty Wap, as the fan put it, "fell off."

This past week, 50 Cent has been on his promotional run for the upcoming sixth and final season of Power. Fif has been updating his Instagram account while on his promo run, including posting pics from his Power premiere concert. On Thursday (Aug. 22), he posted a photo of Fetty Wap performing at his show.

The picture prompted a fan to write that the New Jersey rapper had fallen off to which 50 responded with an explanation of Fetty's perceived inactivity in the rap game. "He just had a contract issue," wrote Fif, who gave props to Fetty with his IG post. "It makes a artist not want to make music."

50 has always been in Fetty's corner. In 2015, the rap mogul slammed the Grammy committee for snubbing the "My Way" rapper in the Best New Artist category for the 2016 Grammy Awards. However, Fetty was nominated in the Best Rap Performance and Best Rap Song categories, both for his breakout hit "Trap Queen."

While Fetty hasn't dropped an album since his eponymous debut in 2015, he's unloaded several mixtapes since that time. Last year, he dropped off his Bruce Wayne mixtape.
