Beyoncé and JAY-Z have reportedly found a new crib.

The power couple had been searching for a permanent L.A. home, and TMZ reports that they've now found it. The billion dollar couple has purchased a 30,000 square foot home on 1.86 acres of land. The home has 8 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a basketball court, recording studio, paddle tennis court and four pools.

Reportedly, they spent somewhere between $90- $120 million for the home. It was being shopped for $130 million, though it wasn't listed on the market. Since the arrival of the twins, the Carters have been renting a $400,000/month home in Malibu as they searched for a permanent place.

On the music front, JAY-Z has been sharing mysterious promo clips for his new album/movie 4:44, which drops this Friday and will be available to Tidal/Sprint customers.
