Clarke University 5K Walk/Run This Weekend

I heard that Clarke University students were doing a fundraiser for the University of Iowa Children's Hospital this weekend so we wanted to give you the details in case you can help!

Nicole Nauman is a student in the Clarke nursing program and is involved in the Clarke Association of Nursing Students.

This Sunday (5/1), they're holding the Be A Hero:  Save The Kids 5K Walk/Run event at the Clarke University Kehl Center!

Registration begins at 10am and the walk starts at 11am.

Cost is $15 per participant for ages 7 and up.  Prizes will be awarded for top superhero costumes, too!

The route includes Clarke Drive and Clarke Crest.  The event will be held rain-or-shine.

All proceeds will benefit the University of Iowa Children's Hospital.
