The forthcoming 2Pac biopic All Eyez on Me is still about a week away from being released, but naturally, Diddy and Suge Knight—both of whom have parts of their own life chronicled in the movie—have already offered up their verdict on the film. Apparently, it's a positive one.

According to the folks at TMZ, Diddy's seen the new film detailing the meteoric rise and subsequent fall of the iconic West Coast rapper and given it his approval, specifically with regards to how he's portrayed. He was so cool with the film, in fact, that he's even allowed the folks producing the film to use The Notorious B.I.G.'s "Who Shot Ya" on its soundtrack.

Suge, who's currently sitting in jail awaiting the beginning of a murder trial, hasn't actually seen All Eyes on Me. Luckily for him, his lawyers have and they described to him the way he was portrayed in the flick. Apparently Suge's cool with everything that went down in the movie.

This is significant because of the inextricable role both of the history-making figures played in a conflict that plagued mid-1990s hip-hop. At the height of the much-publicized East Coast-West Coast war—a legendary feud between 2Pac and Suge's Death Row Records and The Notorious B.I.G. and Diddy's Bad Boy Records—the two had nothing but disdain for one another.

Being such pivotal figures from the era and the conflict that helped define it, it's definitely interesting to hear what they had to say. Now we just have to wait for All Eyez on Me to hit theaters on June 16—which is also 'Pac's birthday.
