DJ Khaled and his fiancée Nicole Tuck have suffered a major loss, as her brother, Jonathan Tuck, was reportedly shot and killed in The Bronx.

According to New York Daily News, the 25-year-old was fatally shot in the face while he was purchasing marijuana inside a Bronx apartment around 9:15 p.m. on Sun., Feb. 4.

After the incident took place at the second-floor apartment on Washington Ave. near E. 185th St. in the borough, Tuck was transferred to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he died. Authorities believe the younger brother of Khaled's fiancée got into an argument with the culprit who shot him. There's no confirmation as to whether the weed exchange caused the altercation, but his friend, Brandon Davis, says that Tuck was in the "wrong place at the wrong time."

According to his girlfriend and his friend, Jonathan Tuck was supposed to be attending a Super Bowl party with them, but never showed up due to the tragedy. He leaves behind his 1-year-old daughter, who is Nicole's niece.

Davis also told the outlet that Tuck and his older sister were close, but did not disclose how she and Khaled were coping with the loss.

The We The Best CEO was in Minneapolis, Minn. for the Super Bowl when the incident took place, but Nicole rushed to the hospital in The Bronx after they heard the news.

As of right now, authorities have a 34-year-old man in custody as a suspect of the shooting. He has yet to be charged.
