New kicks alert!

Future made history two weeks ago after two of his albums debuted back-to-back at No. 1 albums on the Billboard 200. Now the Freebandz leader is making waves with Reebok Classic, as the brand announced its first partnership with the ATLien and his Freebandz brand with the launch of the Reebok Classic Zoku Runner.

Designed by the trap star and his Freebandz label, the limited edition sneaker debuted earlier this month during a performance from Future at London's famed Village Underground. The new footwear features ULTRAKNIT technology, which uses "a method of knitting fused yearn to create a flexible and breathable sock-like upper that retains its shape while reducing material waste," says Reebok.

The Zoku Runner comes with a two-tone black-and-white ULTRAKNIT upper and matching laces while the heels of the left and right shoes are adorned with "Reebok" and "Freebandz," respectively. The sneaker also features a black-and-white marbled outsole with a glossy white midsole.

As Reebok Classic continues to dabble with new technology, the Freebandz-fueled kicks also feature DMX Foam, which provides a layer of cushioning that reduces "weight where it matters."

Always looking for new ways to express his creativity, Future says, “the Zoku Runner is about evolution, moving forwards…that’s what I look to do creatively.”

Officially available for purchase today (March 17), the Reebok Classic Zoku Runner x Freebandz sneaker  is available at select retailers and online for $115 USD/129€.
