Larry David isn't coming back to HBO until October, but a hacker could push up that return date.

An anonymous hacker (or possibly hackers) has leaked several episodes of the upcoming season of Curb Your Enthusiasm, reports Variety.  The ninth season of the popular comedy is slated to premiere in October.

The hacker didn't stop with Curb, though. Sunday night's episode of Insecure was leaked prior to broadcast, as were episodes of Ballers and two shows that have yet to premiere yet, Barry and The Deuce.

In a statement, HBO insisted it will not bow down to the hacker.

We are not in communication with the hacker and we’re not going to comment every time a new piece of information is released. It has been widely reported that there was a cyber incident at HBO. The hacker may continue to drop bits and pieces of stolen information in an attempt to generate media attention. That’s a game we’re not going to participate in. Obviously, no company wants their proprietary information stolen and released on the internet. Transparency with our employees, partners, and the creative talent that works with us has been our focus throughout this incident and will remain our focus as we move forward. This incident has not deterred us from ensuring HBO continues to do what we do best."

This latest breach comes less about a week after hackers leaked a Game of Thrones script. HBO's stance that it has not talked to the hackers also follows word that it offered a $250,000 ransom.
