Iowa Governor Reynolds Says Bars in Six Counties Must Close

It's another round of closures for bars in six Iowa counties.  Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds announced today that bars in Black Hawk, Linn, Dallas, Johnson, Story and Polk counties must close effective at 5pm Today (Aug 27th).and remained closed til September 20th.

Restaurants in those same six counties that serve alcohol will be able to remain open, but cannot sell alcohol past 10 p.m.

The governor is also requiring Iowans hosting social gatherings with more than 10 people to maintain 6 feet of social distancing.
