Kanye West is coming home. Yeezy has been taking his Sunday Service show on the road and the next stop is Chicago.

'Ye and his gospel choir will be performing in the Windy City on Sunday (Sept. 8) at Huntington Bank Pavilion at Northerly Island with tickets for the event available via LiveNation. The homecoming show is slated to start at 9 a.m. CST. It will be streaming at SundayService.com.

This isn't the first time West and Sunday Service has hit the road. He had a huge gospel-themed show at 2019 Coachella in California and last week they performed in Dayton, Ohio as part of Dave Chappelle's Gem City Shine benefit.

The latest concert comes as Kanye is gearing up for the release of his assumed new project Jesus Is King. Last week, the rapper's wife Kim Kardashian revealed what is believed to be the tracklist and release date for the new release. Slated to come out on Sept. 27, the project features 12 titles, many with religious connotations.

It appears that Kanye has scrapped his Yandhi album, which has suffered from leaks on the internet.

“I hate it, luckily we are talented beyond measure and can always cook up more,” G.O.O.D. Music president Pusha-T recently commented on the leaks on Twitter. “But I honestly hate it for the sake of making an event of a song or project, it ruins all that we have in store for u guys.”
