Arguably, Kendrick Lamar’s “Humble” is one of the hottest songs of the year. Now the fiery track will be use to promote the 2017 NBA Playoffs.

In the video above, the NBA’s top players like LeBron James, Steph Curry, Kevin
Durant, James Harden and others are featured as their teams vie for the NBA Championship title. Typographic words like “Grit,” “Truth,” “Emerge” and “Validate” flash across the screen to represent the 16 teams that will battle it out for a chance to go to the NBA Finals. K.Dot’s “Humble” plays in the background and his lyric “Be Humble” is heard throughout.

While we appreciate ABC playing Lamar’s fiery song, when it comes to competing for the coveted NBA Championship trophy, “humble” is not what a player should be on the court— "tenacity" is probably a better adjective, but we get it—the “Playoff vibe” is in the air and the Compton rhymer is at the top of his game right now.

Last week, LeBron James previewed a couple of songs from Lamar's Damn. album. Judging by his response, the Cleveland Cavaliers star would probably wanted the rugged banger "Element" as the theme song for the NBA Playoffs.
