Mac Miller finally got candid about his ex-girlfriend, Ariana Grande, after months of silence following their May split.

In a new interview with Zane Lowe on Beats 1 on Apple Music, the rapper got real about his breakup, as well as Grande's new beau, comedian Pete Davidson, whom the singer became engaged to only weeks ago

"Life is stressful. You know what I mean? So of course there were stressful times. It's not that unique," Miller revealed during his radio interview regarding the lead-up to his and Grande's breakup.

"You know like, I was in love with somebody. We were together for two years. We worked through good times, bad times, stress and everything else. And then it came to an end and we both moved on. And it's that simple, you know."

As for how he feels about Grande's new relationship, Miller couldn't be happier for the singer, who he dated for two years.

"I am happy for her and moving forward with her life just as I'm sure she is with me," he told Lowe.
