While many may find Joe Budden’s transition from veteran rapper to media personality impressive, Offset appears to still need some convincing. Speaking via Instagram on Tuesday (Oct. 9), the Migos rapper let it be known that, much like Budden, he is not shying away from voicing his opinion these days either.

In response to Budden’s post promoting the latest episode of his State of the Culture show on REVOLT TV, Offset fired away, writing, “I watched ya show u a grown ass nigga speaking on women I seen u in Barnes and u ran like I was gone do sum to you lol.”

His commentary didn’t end there, with Offset posting a second comment, adding, “U a hoe ass Nigga soon u get touched u gone be police.”

The commentary is likely in response to Budden and his accompanying panelists discussing Offset’s wife, Cardi B, and bringing their daughter, Kulture, into the conversation during the new installment of the talk show. Roughly halfway through the episode, Budden and his co-hosts focus on the Bronx rapper’s current legal situation and more specifically, how she has “no room” to make mistakes now that her career has elevated to such influential heights.

Previously, Offset and his fellow Migos brethren have had some issues with Budden, which most infamously came to a head during the 2017 BET Awards. The tension has since gone viral and even been parodied in a music video for Quavo and Lil Yachty’s joint diss track, “Ice Tray.”
