The Kanye West and Donald Trump bromance continues. On Wednesday (April 25), Yeezy let loose another barrage of controversial tweets, and within one of them was a glowing endorsement for President Trump.

Speaking on his unwillingness to abandon his pro-Trump platform—one he first unveiled when he met with the president at the very end of 2016—Yeezy explained that he wouldn't let groupthink force him into disliking the president.

"You don't have to agree with trump but the mob can't make me not love him," Yeezus wrote. "We are both dragon energy. He is my brother. I love everyone. I don't agree with everything anyone does. That's what makes us individuals. And we have the right to independent thought."

In a response to Yeezus, Trump retweeted Yeezy and even gave him a shout-out. "Thank you Kanye, very cool!" the president wrote.

This Twitter transaction happened at around the same time Yeezy posted an image of himself rocking a Make America Great Again hat earlier in the day. Veteran music industry execs Lyor Cohen were posted up with him. So far, the internet hasn't been all that happy with Yeezy.
