Travis Scott had a busy night yesterday (May 15). The Houston rapper dropped three new tracks— "A Man," "Butterfly Effect" and "Green & Purple" featuring rising Atlanta rapper, Playboi Carti.

Travis made an earlier promise to drop new music, and he made good on his word. It's surprising that he's had time to get in the studio, as he's been busy as of late on super wild Birds Eye View tour, where fans have jumped off of 20 foot balconies, he's given away his jewelry to random folks who know his lyrics, and where he was arrested for inciting a riot over the weekend. But hey, the show must go on. Travis will actually be joining Kendrick Lamar once his tour wraps, on the first leg of K.Dot's DAMN. Tour.

As for the new songs, Travis offers his thoughts on weed and lean in "Green & Purple" with an assist from Playboi Carti.

"Yeah, green & Purple, got me going in circles/Yeah, it's after curfew, she just left the work, hmm (straight up!)/Yeah, it's controversial, how we make the world move/Yeah, you said I heard you, don't think I overheard you," he raps on the hook.

On "Butterfly Effect," produced by Murda, La Flame talks about his new lifestyle, but how some things remain the same.

"Drop the top, play hide and seek/Jump inside, jump straight to the leak/Take a sip, feel just how I breathe/On freeway, but no, ain't nothin' free (straight up)/Bend laws, bend lanes
Been bustin' bills, but still ain't nothin' change," he raps on the first verse.

Meanwhile, on "A Man," Travis explains why he keeps a low profile, with no new friends.

"People tryna say I'm only into me/Got a code with my dawgs, can't get in between/I can't give them life, no more energy/Man, man, aye man," he raps on the first verse.
