Yo Gotti and Nicki Minaj Perform “Rake It Up” on ‘The Tonight Show’

Fresh off earning a gold certification for their hit song "Rake It Up," Yo Gotti and Nicki Minaj turned the stage into a strip club when they performed the track on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon Thursday night (Sept. 14).

Performing with a small group of lovely dancers behind them, Nicki and Gotti turned up the crowd with the anthemic hit. For her part, Nicki made sure to engage her native New York City audience, and it looks like she had a good time.

As evidenced by its newly minted status as a gold record, "Rake It Up" has proven to be a pretty big track. With a feature from Nicki and Gotti's hopelessly catchy hook, it's really no surprise. Nicki first previewed the track back in May, and even then, it was clear it could do some big things.

"Rake It Up" jumped on the fast track to doing even bigger things when Gotti and Nicki dropped a video for it. In the visual, Nicki twerks and races Blac Chyna pink Lamborghini. Now that's good entertainment.

Interestingly, The Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon said Gotti's got a new album coming out this fall. You have to think "Rake It Up" will end up being on it.
