Congratulations Mom!

I switched shifts with Jeff Robb today so I could stop and see my mom at her last day of work.

My mom, Jan, is retiring from the 3-west unit at Mercy Hospital at the end of this week.  She started nursing back in 1970 which gives her about 44+ years in the profession.

While we all say nice things about how great our mothers are, I really believe my mom to be the most compassionate and caring person I've ever met.

She always has a smile for you and would do anything to make you happy.

Enjoy your retirement mom, you deserve it!
