It's hard to believe we're at the end of week 7 in our ten-week challenge at Farrell's Extreme Bodyshaping.

While I've been telling you about some of my experiences with the exercise and nutrition of the program, I love hearing other people's stories and what brought them to Farrell's.

One of the first people we met during class was Marc DeMotta.  Originally from Hawaii, Marc now resides in East Dubuque after a 20-year stint in the Air Force.

A few years back, Marc told us he realized he wasn't in the shape he wanted to be.  He came into Farrell's and signed up for the 10-week challenge.  He did great!  Flash forward to today and you'll now find Marc teaching classes, too.

We invited Marc into the studio this week so he could share his story.

Sometimes when you're at the gym you feel very self-conscious about exercising or using certain machines.  You don't know the proper way to use them or the correct technique, so instead you don't do it at all.

The great thing about Farrell's Extreme Bodyshaping is that all the instructors have at one time been through the 10-week challenge, so they know exactly what you're going through.

Not only are they eager to help you do things right, they're also very supportive of each person in their class.  Everyone wants you to succeed!

I've said it before and I'll say it again.  Farrell's Extreme Bodyshaping is like no other atmosphere or work out you've ever done.  It's amazing!

The next round of classes start on April 9th.  You can learn more by calling 563.564.7696 or visiting the FARRELL'S WEBSITE.

Me and Bruce have been thinking about what happens after our 10-week challenge and are hoping to stay on as FIT members, so we'll be around to welcome you as a new 10-week challenge class member!

So, what's your story?  Hopefully it starts like this... Chapter One:  I Walked Through the Door at Farrell's.
