Help St. Marks Youth Enrichment in August With Big Apple Bagels

My thanks to Jessica from St. Marks Youth Enrichment and Judy from Big Apple Bagels for visiting the Y105 studios to chat this morning.  If you missed any of the details, read on!

Once again the fine folks from Big Apple Bagels at 1675 JFK Road are generously helping a local group in Dubuque.  Through the month of August, make a BIG order each Monday and a portion of the proceeds will benefit St. Mark Youth Enrichment.  (More on them in a moment.)  There will be boxes to make donations or you can buy a paper-bagel for $5, $10, or $20 to help with the Apples for Students Program through St. Mark.

For people who don’t know, St. Mark supports the educational and social needs of school aged youth and their families in the Dubuque area.  They are located at 1201 Locust Street.

The Apples for Students Program supplies students in need with all their basic school supplies for the upcoming school year.

(Approximately 1,300 kids benefit from this program each year!)
