Earlier this week I took time to clean out some of the junk that's been piling up in my office over the years. Random items used for giveaways, shirts from events that happened over a decade ago, out-dated station swag (the station has a different name/brand) and a Phil Hellmuth poker book comprised a majority of the junk.

Of course, much like any junk-throwing experience, I did come across a few gems: a ZZ-Top autographed shirt and an unopened Bic backpack filled with school supplies.

My wife will back this up 100%, but I'll let a pile of crap (not literally) build for a LONG time and then, randomly, it will bug me to the point where I'll stop whatever I'm doing and I won't stop sifting through it until it's completely gone/addressed.

In short, this experience has highlighted a potential character flaw yours truly has. Or, as my wife might say, ANOTHER character flaw.
