Lil Peep's untimely death has sent shock waves through the industry. Especially since the 21-year-old Long Island, N.Y., native was just catching his wave as an artist and acquiring legions of fans. He even had plans of getting into acting and delving into the clothing industry.

Before his death, Peep conducted an interview with Paper Magazine, which they've posthumously released, where he talked about his aspirations. "I want to go deep into fashion, I want to go maybe into acting, there's a lot of stuff I would like to go into," he said. "I just want to try more shit and become more well-rounded when it comes to whatever I'm doing. I want to do a lot of different things and dive into different worlds. I feel like I'm a creative and I want to take advantage of that. Sometimes I'll be watching a movie then think to myself that I could do a better job."

Peep clearly had big plans for the future. But on Wednesday (Nov. 15), he was discovered unconscious on his tour bus in Tucson, Ariz., where he was set to perform, and later pronounced dead.

According to a medical examiner, Lil Peep's cause of death was an apparent drug overdose. Officers on the scene also noticed evidence that would point to the rapper overdosing on Xanax. While the medical examiner suspects drugs played a role in Peep's death, it can take up to two months before the toxicology results that will determine a definitive cause of his passing are revealed.

Since his death, all the merch on the rapper's website has sold out.
