The nominees for the 69th annual Emmy Awards are in, and vets like VEEP and Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt are finding new competition from breakout series like The Crown and The Handmaid's Tale. VEEP star Anna Chlumsky and Shemar Moore of Criminal Minds announced the new crop of eligible shows and stars. Stephen Colbert will host the show live from the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles on Sunday, Sept. 17 at 8 PM EST on CBS. The Creative Arts Emmys will air Saturday and Sunday, September 9 and 10.
