To celebrate her 36th birthday, Alicia Keys gave fans a gift with a new tune called That’s What’s Up.”

The tranquil song boasts a sample of Kings of Tomorrow’s “So Alive,” which Kanye West famously sampled on his Life of Pablo track “Low Lights.” On the minimalist song, Keys delivers her testimony of being blessed with a wonderful life that includes her devoted hubby, Swizz Beatz, and their son, Egypt.

"I want to thank you Lord / For all of the love, yeah / Time after time / You lifted me Up / Lord knows, you never let me down / Now That's What's Up," she sings.

The song was also accompanied by a video that she posted on her Facebook page. In the grainy clip, Keys is sauntering around in her hotel room in her bathrobe before she relaxes in her tub full of bubbles. Keys then takes a sip of wine and relaxes as the song plays in the background.

The past weekend, Alicia Keys gave a commanding performance at the Women's March on Washington. Make no mistake about it, Keys is still that girl on fire.
