After a month of turmoil, A$AP Rocky is back in the United States.

The Harlem rapper touched down at Los Angeles International Airport on Saturday (Aug. 3), following a flight from Stockholm, Sweden after being released from jail where he'd been since July 2 on an assault charge. Video of the rapper at the airport was obtained by TMZ, and it shows the newly-freed MC talking with his manager, John Ehmann, as well as friends and members of his team including A$AP Lou, photographer Bladi and artist Thoto. The latter two were arrested along with Rocky for the fight in Sweden.

Rocky wears a black suit and black shades with a scarf wrapped around his head. A number of times during the video, he directs his attention to his phone. The rapper and entourage reportedly hung out in the private airport parking lot for about 45 minutes just shooting the breeze.

It doesn't appear Rocky is ready to interact with the media. When the person holding the camera from afar asks, "How does it feel to be home?", Rocky quickly vacates the area.

Rocky's assault case concluded on Friday (Aug. 2) and he was released from jail. He celebrated his release on Instagram.

"THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART TO ALL OF MY FANS, FRIENDS AND ANYONE ACROSS THE GLOBE WHO SUPPORTED ME DURING THESE LAST FEW WEEKS," Rocky wrote on Instagram with a photo of himself. "I CANT BEGIN TO DESCRIBE HOW GRATEFUL I AM FOR ALL OF YOU THIS HAS BEEN A VERY DIFFICULT AND HUMBLING EXPERIENCE I WANT TO THANK THE COURT FOR ALLOWING ME BLADI AND THOTO TO RETURN TO OUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS THANKS AGAIN FOR ALL OF THE LOVE AND SUPPORT."

Despite being let out of police custody and allowed to travel back home, the status of his freedom is still to be determined. The verdict will be revealed on Aug. 14. Prosecutors are asking that Rocky serve six months in prison if convicted.
