Another Caitlin Clark Card Just Sold for Six Figures
Storytime from a card collector: I bought one box of 2024 Panini WNBA Prizm cards about six months ago. I took a flyer on a $30 box in hopes I could get a Cameron Brink, Angel Reese, or, of course, a Caitlin Clark rookie card. Not only did I pull a Brink rookie, I pulled a Caitlin Clark Variation Ice Prizm, valued at anywhere from $85-100. It's a beautiful card. I hit something of the jackpot with that box!
I didn't spend nearly as much as one bidder did on an auction for Clark's Immaculate Logowoman Rookie Auto 1/1 card. Let me break that down for those who might not be as into the card game as me:

- "Immaculate" is the name of the set (the company behind it is Panini, one of the leaders in the card world)
- "Logowoman" is a reference to the WNBA logo on the card. In this case, the "Logowoman" is a patch taken from a jersey worn by Caitlin Clark during a game
- "Rookie Auto" means it's an autographed rookie card
- "1/1" means the card is the only one of its kind.
Panini Immaculate cards are among holy grails for card collectors due to their exceptionally high quality, extremely limited print run, inclusion of game-worn patches from athletes, and the presence of autographs on the card. I have a couple in my collection, but they're of far less relevant players and cost me only $10s of dollars.
Clark's Immaculate Logowoman 1/1 was just a little out of my price range. The card officially sold for just over $317,000 via a Goldin auction. This marks the third-highest public sale for a Clark card yet.
Last year, Clark won Rookie of the Year and led the Indiana Fever in points while leading the entire league in average assists. Clark has had a rough sophomore campaign for the Fever, who were expecting to be true contenders for a WNBA Championship. She has had a swath of lower-body injuries, and has been sidelined indefinitely since mid-July.
The hope amongst Fever fans is that Clark will be healthy in time to help the team contend in the playoffs. That remains to be seen. For now, her card market isn't slowing down one iota.
