We could all use a good laugh right about now. Lucky for you there's a brand new show starting this Friday night (11/6) at the Bell Tower Theater.

It's called "The Church of Diminishing Marginal Returns" and was written by Jay Huling.

The premise:

When "not-entirely-honest" entrepreneur Josh finds himself in financial trouble, he cons his evangelical brother Jon into starting their own church. Josh and Jon raise so much money they're able to pay off most of their debts. Then the IRS show up! The laughs are non-stop as the boys try to solve one comic complication after another.

Performances will start Friday night at 7:30pm and run through Sunday, November 22nd. There are both evening and daytime performance tickets available, so check the Bell Tower Theater WEBSITE for dates and showtimes.

I asked Miki how Covid-19 is affecting the theater and she told me they've pulled quite a few seats out of the theater to help social distance the audience. They are requiring anyone in attendance to wear a mask and have also adjusted the operation of their concession stand and intermissions. (She said you can read up on this and even see pictures of what the seating looks like at their website.)

In December they'll be hosting GIT Improv (formerly Guys In Ties) for a special performance.

The Bell Tower Theater is also selling gift certificates and season subscriptions for next year, which are a great way to help support the theater.

Our thanks to Miki for stopping in this morning.
