Christmas Cookies

My wife and I just finished our first Christmas cookie baking experience...Well kind of. I was in the bedroom taking a nap (filling in for Chris on the morning show requires one) while my wife, Claudia, did all of the baking herself. I was here to wake up, smell the deliciousness and then ensure that she made tasty cookies the only way I know how.

I'm posting this blog entry while the cookies cool and then I will assist in decorating (the second-best part of making cookies). I've promised Claudia that a few of these cookies will make it to certain people and I might even take a few to the radio station. The Christmas cookies are not 100% finished but, unless we screw up applying frosting and sprinkles, it will have been a success (thanks to Claudia) and we will be doing this again next year.
