Cooked To Perfection

I love me a pizza.  Happy Joes, Dominos, Pizza Hut, Watershed... you name it, I have a favorite there.

However, I don't mind cooking a pizza at home.  In fact, over my years and years of oven baked pizzas, I feel as though I've perfected it.

While they usually take 8 to 10 minutes, I like to keep a careful eye on it, just to get the crust a golden brown.

A few years ago, my wife taught me how to do the broil, so now I like to brown up the cheese and get it nice and bubbly on the top.

Yes, sir.  I love me a pizza.
