Diddy Goes Skydiving Into Playboy Mansion Backyard for His Birthday

Diddy joins Will Smith as rappers who've celebrated their birthday in the wildest way possible. After transforming into a deadly clown for Halloween, the Bad Boy founder jumped onto Instagram Sunday (Nov. 4) to post a video of himself prepping to jump out of a plane to celebrate turning 49.

"I've always wanted to do it," Diddy says in the video. "No I really didn't always want to do it, but I started thinking about it this year. I wanted to do it in Dubai. It didn't happen. I said that I would do it for my birthday."

From there, the internationally known CEO continued to lay out his plan for the jump, which would involve him landing two houses away in the backyard of the Playboy Mansion. He also managed to encourage people to vote while asking for a brief prayer from his fans.

"So I'm going to jump out of a plane and attempt to land two houses away in the backyard of the Playboy mansion," Diddy says. "I'm living my best life, and I'm going to tell y'all to go out and vote. Say a little prayer for me now. I'm about to go up in the air."

Diddy explains that his skydive was scheduled before he saw Will Smith bungee-jump from a plane in the middle of the Grand Canyon. However, he says that Will's jump definitely inspired him to go through with his wild stunt.

"I wanted to do this before I saw Will Smith jump out the plane, but he definitely gave me some inspiration when I saw him jump out. Mine was already scheduled so Will I don't want you to think I'm biting."
