Drake and Soulja Boy seem to be on good terms despite what Big Draco's fans believe. In fact, Drizzy even joked about the instantly viral Soulja-Drizzy meme from Draco's infinitely memorable The Breakfast Club interview from last month.

Today (Feb. 25) Soulja Boy responded to a claim that Drake ignored the inventor of the Crank Dat dance during his mega press run following his greatest comeback of 2018. After he told the Twitter user to look out for his next tweet, Soulja Boy uploaded a screenshot of his DM conversation with Drake on Instagram. In the conversation, Drake makes a joke about the Soulja Boy meme while addressing the idea that he didn't want to make a video for Soulja Boy's Drizzy-assisted 2013 single, "We Made It."

"You know it's always been love all jokes aside...I dunno know if you was serious about the video thing but I never knew you wanted to do a video for we made it you know I would have done that shit," Drake told Soulja. "But on some real shit Draaaaaaaaaaaaaake?!?! kill that show."

In his viral interview with The Breakfast Club, Soulja Boy came at Drake and claimed that he taught him everything he knows while venting about the rapper apparently not wanting to do a video for the aforementioned single.

“Stop playing like I ain’t teach Drake everything he knows,” Soulja Boy said during the interview. "Why we ain’t shoot the video? Why this nigga ain’t bring me on tour to perform it one time, but he was performing my record on tour the whole time? Just little slick shit like that.”

Soulja Boy also claimed that Drake doesn't write his own raps, but clearly, they didn't discuss that topic. Watch Drake slip into Soulja Boy's DM's to clear the air about their beloved collaboration below.
