The funs just getting started as classic rock takes over again on Friday, August 18th at 8pm. Nightrain's tribute show to Guns & Roses has been taking the U.S. by storm for years. Performances have ranged from the House of Blues, MTVs famous Club La Vela, FC Dallas Stadium, to Carolina Rebellion, sharing the bill with Alice In Chains, Soundgarden, and Buckcherry to name a few. Nightrain continues to make their stamp in today's ever growing tribute market.

The accurate vocals and hypnotic swaying of Axl both capture the audience’s attention from the first beat down to the last note. Slash’s classic riffs and perfect showmanship (and let’s not forget the top hat) will make everyone do a double take. However, Axl and Slash are only part of the show.

The tight rhythm of Izzy, Duff, and Steven are the glue that keeps this true concert tribute together. Izzy’s laid-back style; a 6’ blonde Duff; and the energy of Steven “popcorn” Adler complete this visually and musically accurate line-up. This band’s vibrant stage presence and accuracy to everything about Guns & Roses leaves the entire crowd pleased. By the way, tickets are a steal for this show starting at just $10 a piece. September picks up the classic rock slack on the 29th at 8pm as the Diamond Jo Casino welcomes Smells Like Nirvana to the Mississippi Moon Bar Stage.

Composed of seasoned pros and die-hard fans of Nirvana, Smells Like Nirvana’s live tribute to Nirvana is a haunting episode of grunge filled angst and rock prowess played without click tracks or backing tracks, a trait that is rare in today’s contemporary musical landscape, a trait and philosophy that Nirvana lived by.

Smells Like Nirvana hails from Chicago, Illinois and features Paul Wandtke (ex Trivium) on vocals and guitar; Mike Petrasek (Bedlem) on bass; and Benny “Boomba” Piazza on drums.
