All across the Tri-States, people are gearing up for Easter on Sunday, April 5th by indulging in Friday fish fries, attending special church services, and of course, paying visits to the Easter Bunny, wherever he may be hopping around.

Once again, the Easter Bunny is a common fixture at Kennedy Mall in Dubuque this season, and happening this weekend is the annual "Eggs in the Mall" event where shoppers come out with their children to engage in activities. Of course, one of the pillar activities is the Easter egg hunt.

"Eggs in the Mall" is Happening This Weekend:

The free-to-attend "Eggs in the Mall" event is happening at Dubuque's Kennedy Mall this Saturday, March 21st, from 10am till 9pm. The staff at Kennedy Mall will have candy-filled eggs hidden throughout the main areas of the mall. The hunt begins at 10am while supplies last. A limit of three eggs per child is in effect so that as many kids as possible can reap the rewards of their search.

Rules and instruction sheets will be located in Center Court at the Easter set, per Kennedy Mall's website.

Beyond the Easter egg hunt, Kennedy Mall will also have a mall-wide Easter Egg Window Scavenger Hunt. You can find scavenger hunt sheets from the Easter Bunny himself at Center Court, and then proceed to searching for eggs hidden in storefront windows. Those who complete their scavenger hunt sheet can return it for a prize.

A face painting station will be on-site as well, and children will have the opportunity to take photos with the Easter Bunny.

Again, this free event is happening at Kennedy Mall in Dubuque on Saturday, March 21st at 10am. You can find out more information about "Eggs in the Mall" on Kennedy Mall's website.
