Kid Cudi pulled out the cheat code for his Passion, Pain and Demon Slayin' Tour stop in Chicago, surprising the crowd with none of than Kanye West.

Cudder already had the Windy City lit last night (Nov. 4), but when the instrumental for "Father Stretch My Hands, Pt. 1" started to play and a hooded figure emerged rocking sweatpants, the crowd quickly figured out what time it was. The duo performed a spirited version of the Life of Pablo track while those in attendance lost their minds.

Even Chance The Rapper commented on the epicness on Twitter. "Kid Cudi just brought out Kanye in Chicago," he tweeted.

While Kanye has been on the reclusive tip, Cudder seems to be one of the artists he's worked the most closely with. Back in July, Ye, Cudi and Plain Pat hit the studio together in Los Angeles. The music they were working on at the time was said to be a part of an upcoming Kanye project. "[Kanye]'s always working, so maybe so," Def Jam CEO, Steve Bartels hinted at the time. "It's never something we're pushing—it's always led by the creative side."

In August, reports emerged that Cudi and Kanye were working on a secret project in Japan. A source told Page Six, “They’re going to drop some crazy collaboration out of the blue,” the source explained. “They’re going to drop some surprise project on everybody. They’re recording it now.”

West has been on the lowski recently, but is appearing to come out of his shell. He is featured on the new CyHi The Prynce song, "Dat Side."
