Lil Nas X may or may not be done remixing “Old Town Road.,” but it appears that Lil Wayne is just getting started with the chart-topping Billboard Hot 100 hit.

Over the last few days, a snippet of Weezy’s verse on the trap-country tune surfaced online. On the track, Weezy mirrors the country vibes of the original track.
“She got that honky-tonky/I met her on Farmers Only/I’m a Young Money cowboy/15 on my high horse,” Wayne raps over a banjo riff.

There’s no official word on when the Wayne-assisted remix will be released. However, Nas X has been putting out feelers about seeking superstar artists for remixes, among them R&B legend Mariah Carey. However, Nas X, who recently announced that he was gay, did pose a question about a theoretical collab to his fans on Twitter.

“Y’all think i can get dolly parton and megan thee stallion on a old town road remix?” he asked.

Young Thug is the latest artist to assist Nas X on a new remix. The version also features viral teen sensation Mason Ramsey, aka “The Walmart Yodeling Boy,” with the same verses from Nas X and Billy Ray Cyrus intact. Only Thugger adds his own special flavor to the song on the third verse.

"Maserati ridin', got a V12 for my bride (Skrrt)/Foggy rocky road, got a three-wheeler inside (Ayy)," raps Thug, adding, "All I wanna do is take a pill, catch a chill vibe/Real prince, I'm realer than the real don."
