After being quiet musically over the last couple of months, Nicki Minaj got back in her bag last week with the release of the "Hard White" video and two new freestyles. The uptick in production is coming for a reason as the rapper recently confirmed hew fifth album is finished.

Nicki made the revelation on the latest episode of Queen Radio on Saturday night (Feb. 2) on her remix of Meek Mill and Drake's "Going Bad." On the outro of the track, Nicki recalls, "The label hit me said they want the fifth thing-thing. I got in the studio, I did the fifth thing-thing. And then they say, 'You know, it's time to drop your single.' I said 'Noooo.' You know radio already tried to blackball a bitch.'"

On the track, she also teased dropping a freestyle every week until the album is released. During the show, which also featured Soulja Boy, Nicki revealed she has recorded new music with Juice Wrld, whom she is going on tour with. She also confirmed her video for her Creed II track “Runnin” featuring A$AP Rocky and A$AP Ferg will be coming out this week. Minaj was full of surprises. Along with her remix of Meek Mill and Drake's "Going Bad," she also put out a freestyle over Gunna and Lil Baby's "Drip Too Hard."

It was four years between The Pinkprint and Queen, which dropped last August. It looks like Nicki does not plan to wait anywhere close to that long to release an LP this time around.
