Plymouth, Michigan brought Friday (10/21) nights meetup with the team USA U17 squad. This night that could have been all about the Saints; but each time our boys scored, the U17's clawed their way back and then slammed the door in overtime. Dubuque looked quite good on the evening scoring on 3 of 7 powerplays, while shutting down all 4 of the USA U17 attempts. The Saints were also outshot 35 to 30. The Saints surrendered three separate leads in the final moments of each period before falling 4-3 in overtime. Geisel made 31 saves in the loss. After this exciting game, and unfortunate loss, the Saints continued their weekend at Trinity Health Arena in Muskegon on Saturday (10/22).

Saints went better on the night for powerplays scoring on 2 of 8, while the Lumberjacks went 1 for 6. Saints were outshot on the night by 12, 36 to 22. Ryan St. Louis continues his fine run of form scoring yet again on the night. St. Louis now has 4 goals and 7 assists across 7 games.
