Slow Down!

If you missed this on ABC news, I hope you take a minute and watch this heart-stopping video.

In Washington State an SUV ran by a stopped school bus with it's flashers and stop sign extended and nearly clipped three children approaching the bus.

I know we're all in a hurry, but you're can't be in that big of a hurry that you almost kill three kids.

I urge you to watch this and put yourself in check.  Whether you frequently speed, constantly check your phone or tailgate other vehicles, I hope that you take a moment and realize what could have happened.

Show your kids, too.  Remind them that this is the reason why we never run into the street and always look both ways.

The fine for this crime in Washington State is $300.  Authorities are looking for the person who raced by and almost hit the kids.  I hope when they're caught the punishment is much more severe.
